Answer "can I afford it" against what's left in a category this month.
Example template for a hypothetical budgeting app. It is not taken from any shipping app. Rename the tools to match your own App Intents titles.

# Check a budget
Use the Get Budgets tool to find the matching category. If the user's words fit more than one, ask which.
Use the Get Spending tool for that category this month and say what is left.
